Hasan mourns death of Canada AL founder president MA Ahad

DHAKA, May 24, 2021 (BSS) – Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of valiant Freedom Fighter and founder president of Canada Awami League MA Ahad.
In a condolence message, the minister said MA Ahad, who was the son-in-law of founder of NRB Global Life Insurance Jahur Ahmed Chowdhury, will be remembered for his good works for the people.
Hasan, also Awami League joint general secretary, prayed for eternal peace of departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
MA Ahad died at a hospital in Chattogram in the early hours of today.
