(AFRICAN EXAMINER) – It was a free flow of emotions on Tuesday afternoon as the remains of Pastor Dare Adeboye was interred.
The cleric was buried after a Farewell Service at the Youth Centre, Redemption Camp, along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. In attendance at the farewell service were his wife, Temiloluwa; his three daughters; his brother, Leke Adeboye, other siblings; the Presiding Bishop of the Living Faith Church Worldwide aka Winners’ Chapel, David Oyedepo; his wife, Faith; as well as his son, Pastor
Dare was later buried in the presence of friends, family and church members.
African Examiner had earlier reported that Dare, the third child of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, died last Wednesday in Eket, Akwa Ibom State, where he was based with his family. The 42-year-old was the Assistant Pastor in charge of Region (Youth) 35 before his death. He was father to three daughters.

The General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has reacted to the death of his son, Dare Adeboye.
Adeboye speaking through a recorded message after the thanksgiving service held for his late son, Pastor Oluwadamilare Adeboye held at the Youth Center of the church at Redemption camp, Mowe Ogun state, said: “And I have told you before, death is not function of age, young people die, old people die, children. We have also learnt that it is not how long you lived, it is how well, he said.
The 79 years old cleric said what had happened is going to work out for good of the members, the church and the body of Christ at large.

The Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, Edo and Delta States, Alhaji Dawud Makanjuola Akinola, has described the sudden death of the young Pastor Dare Adeboye as a rude shock, describing the development as a great loss to the entire nation.
Aare Musulumi, also known as De-Damak, while condoling the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church Of God, Pastor Adeboyein a statement released on Tuesday and made available to Vanguard, maintained that no pain be it physical, emotional or psychological or even spiritual could be more traumatizing than that of a father and mother losing their child.
He was buried in the presence of friends, family and church members.
