ISLAMABAD: In a late night development, much to the relief of citizens across Pakistan that had been waiting to see a speedy redressal of the grievances of the Hazara community, it was announced that the 10 coal miners who were massacred by terrorists on Sunday will be buried.
Deputy Speaker National Assembly Qasim Suri, who was in Quetta along with Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan and Minister for Maritime Affairs Ali Haider Zaidi to hold talks with Shuhada Action Committee late on Friday night, announced that the sit-in has come to an end with the Shuhada Committee agreeing to bury the martyred coal miners and Prime Minister Imran Khan and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa were set to depart for Quetta to condole with the bereaved families and listen to their grievances.

QUETTA (Dunya News) – The funeral prayers for the slain coal miners, who were shot dead by terrorists in Machh area of Balochistan on Sunday (January 3), have Saturday been offered in Quetta and the dead bodies are laid to rest in the graveyard of Hazara Town.
National Assembly Deputy Speaker Qasim Khan Suri, Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Ali Haider Zaidi, SAPM on Overseas Pakistanis Zulfi Bukhari, Balochistan’s provincial ministers Zia Lango, Saleem Khosa and Mobeen Khilji offered the prayers along with a large number of people.

Funeral prayers for slain coal miners has been offered in Quetta.
QUETTA (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived at Sardar Bahadur Khan Women University to meet families of coal miners who were shot dead by terrorists in Balochistan’s Machh on last Sunday (January 3).
The Prime Minister said that the government would take all possible steps to ensure the safety and security of the Hazara community in Balochistan.
PM Imran Khan also met Governor and Chief Minister Balochistan and chaired a meeting at CM Secretariat to review law and order situation of the province.

QUETTA (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Imran Khan, while assuring the families of Machh tragedy victims in Quetta, said that all demands put forth by the Hazara community will be fulfilled.
In his meeting with the families of the victims, the Prime Minister said that his government will stand with the victims of this tragedy. “This is not the first such incident with the Hazara community, you have suffered major tragedies and lost many lives”, he added.

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has arrived in Quetta to meet the Hazara community and get a briefing on the law and order situation in the province after the Machh tragedy, Geo News reported Saturday.
According to the TV report, PM Imran will meet with the leaders and religious scholars of the Hazara community to share their grief and condole over the last week incident in which 10 miners were killed by the militants in Balochistan’s remote area.
Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed is with the prime minister on his daylong visit to the provincial capital.
