He is serving a two (2) year, seven (7) month and fifteen (15) day sentence for Theft Over $5000, Escape Lawful Custody, Fail to Appear, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Operate Motor Vehicle While Disqualified, Flight While Pursued by Peace Officer, Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Fail to Stop at a Motor Vehicle Collision and Obstruct Peace Officer.
Following recent arrests involving suspected methamphetamine distribution in the community, the Brownwood Police Department Narcotics Division obtained a search and arrest warrant for Eden Shauntel Culpepper, 34, of Brownwood.
According to Brownwood Police, on Monday, March 15, 2021, Culpepper (shown left) was observed driving a vehicle in the area of US Hwy 377 S and 15
th St. A traffic stop was initiated and Culpepper was arrested for the warrant. At the time of the arrest, Culpepper possessed approximately 26 grams of Methamphetamine along with over $4,400.00 in US Currency.
While speaking with Culpepper, other detectives were securing her residence in the 1900 block of Ave D. Inside the residence, detectives seized over 6 grams of suspected methamphetamine along with numerous items of drug paraphernalia. According to Brown County Jail online records, Culpepper has two bonds totaling $170,000.
