At least a half-dozen Tyler PD vehicles responded and found Enus Lewis with a baseball bat. According to a preliminary report the store was closed at the time. Tyler Police are investigating a reported burglary at the Walmart Supercenter on SSE Loop 323. He then proceeded to destroy things inside the store while he was in the process he did get cut himself with glass and was seen by EMS.

It happened on December 25 at the port of entry at Coutts, Alberta, which is the port directly across from the U.S. port of Sweet Grass in Toole County, Montana. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) said in a news release that officers referred a semi-truck hauling produce for further inspection. While examining the shipment, CBSA officers uncovered 228.14 kg of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $28.5 million. The CBSA says this amount of methamphetamine translates to about 2.28 million individual dosages.

Cranston man has cocaine shipped to his apartment, sentenced to 10 years at the ACI

January 28, 2021 3:37 pm PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- A Cranston man was sentenced to serve up to ten years at the ACI on Thursday. Alexander Mercado Cosme, 26, had been having kilos of cocaine shipped by mail to his apartment in Cranston. He pleaded nolo contendere to one count of possession of over one kilogram of cocaine, and one count of conspiracy to violate Rhode Island’s Controlled Substance Act. Rhode Island State Police had been investigating Cosme since June of 2019. They began monitoring his mail and continued to do so for several months. On November 5, 2019, State Police, along with one of their K-9 units, searched a package addressed to Cosme’s apartment. They found two kilograms of cocaine inside of a slushy maker and a few other children’s toys.

North Liberty woman arrested for child endangerment involving alleged drug possession

01/28/21 A North Liberty woman who allegedly was found unresponsive at her residence Wednesday has been charged with child endangerment. Police conducted a welfare check on 40-year-old Sally Morris of West Cherry Street at 9:50am after she was reported as unresponsive and not waking up. Arriving officers allegedly observed drug paraphernalia and a plastic baggie containing a crystalline substance believed to be methamphetamine in plain view. Morris is accused of leaving the products in an open room, in close proximity to 4 and 5-year-old children cared for by her and within reach of them. Morris was taken into custody and charged with Child Endangerment, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. If convicted on all counts, she could be sentenced to over three years in prison.
