Carpool Cinema Featuring Films To Celebrate Black History Month During the pandemic, El Pasoans have been enjoying drive-in movies at the El Paso County Coliseum thanks to Carpool Cinema. People can enjoy a movie on the big screen from the comfort of their own car and you don t have to sit close to people you don t know. Plus, you can bring your own snacks. That s a big plus for me. Carpool Cinema teamed up this week with the Young Black Leaders of El Paso to feature movies in honor of Black History Month. This Saturday, February 27th Carpool Cinema will be showing Us, directed by Jordan Peele, and The Hate You Give, directed by George Tillman Jr. The Hate You Give will be shown at 7 pm, and Us will be shown at 10 pm.
