Area man pleads guilty to trespassing in mayor s home | News, Sports, Jobs

newsroom@reviewonline.com LISBON A Wellsville man who found his way into the home of Mayor Nancy Murray in September pleaded guilty to trespass in a habitation, a fourth-degree felony charge, on Wednesday in Common Pleas Court. Jonathan M. Pullie, 46, of Broadway, is facing up to 18 months in prison and a fine of $5,000. Assistant County Prosecutor Alec Beech said he will request Judge Megan Bickerton consider a 14-month prison term. Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 27 and a pre-sentencing investigation was requested from the probation department. His defense attorney, Jennifer Gorby, is expected to ask for less time or community control.
