Jenna Shi has been charged with assault with intent to do great bodily harm and reckless driving causing serious injury after she allegedly threw her father from the hood of a moving vehicle during an argument in Canton on Monday. Guangjie Shi allegedly jumped on the hood of a vehicle as Jenna tried to drive away from the scene at Liberty Street and Stanton Road around 4:45 p.m. Guangjie, 50, was rushed to St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ypsilanti for his injuries where he is reportedly unconscious, according to Fox 2 in Detroit.

Her 50-year-old father jumped on the hood of his daughter’s moving vehicle when she tried to leave. He fell from the vehicle as she departed.

Ted Mark Anderson, 61, of Detroit, is charged with six counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, which involves penetration, of a female student from fall 2007 through 2010, according to a news release from the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office. The charge carries a penalty of up to life in prison. The victim is now an adult, but her identity is not being released. She was in the sixth grade at Thomas Gist Academy in Inkster when the assaults began, the release said.
