TEXAS CITY, Texas (KTRK) As has been the case over the last month, Galveston County s vaccination clinic slots filled up almost as soon as registration was made available Monday morning.
The Galveston County Health District opened registration at 9:30 a.m. to those who currently qualify for the vaccine. But, by 10:15 a.m., Eyewitness News learned all appointments were filled and registration was closed.
Many Houston-area healthcare facilities continue to run out of appointments while trying to distribute doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to officials.
