Road rage suspect accused of shooting, wounding car occupant in Wilton FacebookTwitterEmail WILTON Saratoga County deputies said they arrested a Northumberland man after he allegedly shot and wounded a person in another car during a road rage incident near Ballard Road in Wilton at about 10 p.m. Wednesday.  Shawn R. Bultman, 40, was charged with felony assault, felony weapons charges and felony reckless endangerment, deputies said. He was also charged with misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child, as was a 30-year-old woman with him, because their two-year-old son was with them at the time, sheriff s investigators said. The incident happened in the area of Ballard Road and Whispering Pines Mobile Home Park. The victim was injured in the abdomen and lower leg with a 12-gauge shotgun and was taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
