COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) â A Bronson man who has been charged with four felonies waved his preliminary examination in Branch County District Court on Tuesday as his two cases were bound over to Circuit Court
21-year-old Adrian Ruben Santodomingo has been charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct in connection with an alleged incident with a 14-year-old girl in June of last year.
He is also facing charges of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of assaulting, resisting or obstructing a police officer after he allegedly had to be physically removed by Michigan State Police from a van on April 10 in Bronson.

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) â A Saginaw man was arraigned on first and second degree criminal sexual conduct charges on Tuesday in Branch County District Court in connection with alleged incidents that took place sometime between December 1, 2019 and January 31, 2020.
21-year-old Skyler Rathburn was charged by Branch County Prosecutors following a Coldwater Police Department investigation.
According to court documents, the alleged victim in the case was a girl who was nine-years-old at the time.
Bond was set at $50,000. Should Rathburn post bond, no contact orders were entered on behalf of the alleged victim and on behalf of any minor child.

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) â An arson charge has been filed against the female suspect who was taken into custody by Coldwater Police after a home in the 200 block of South Jefferson was destroyed in a March 18 fire.
A formal arraignment has not taken place yet in Branch County District Court as the woman is undergoing mental evaluations after a petition was filed in Branch County Probate Court.
District Court records indicate an arrest warrant has been issued.
Coldwater Fire Chief David Schmaltz said at the time of the fire that the two-story wood-frame house was a total loss.

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Bronson man was formally charged with four felonies on Monday in Branch County District Court after he was arrested over the weekend.
21-year-old Adrian Ruben Santodomingo has been charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct in connection with an alleged incident with a 14-year-old girl in June of last year.
Following a Michigan State Police investigation, a warrant was issued for Santodomingo’s arrest.
He is also facing charges of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of assaulting, resisting or obstructing a police officer in connection to what happened last Saturday when he was taken into custody in Bronson.
