Power outages in Eastern part of our region SHARE ON: Yesterday’s windstorm has left many areas in Ontario without power this morning. The West Parry Sound area seems to have fared much better than the East. In East Parry Sound several hundred customers of Hydro One are without power in areas like McMurrich, Sprucedale and Emsdale. Power crews are working on restoration, some areas may be without power until between noon and four p.m. A string of power outages follow along the Highway 11 corridor from the Burk’s Falls area to North Bay. As estimated times of restoration become available we will let you know.

Among the items are a first-aid kit and non-perishable food. In total, 200 kits have been created.
