(WKBT) The Coulee COVID-19 Collaborative attributed the origin of 105 cases this week to people who attended a holiday gathering where they either were exposed to COVID-19 or where they exposed others. “Additionally, there were four churches with multiple cases who attended in-person church services while infectious,” according to the collaborative’s summary released Wednesday. These numbers are early and may increase as investigations are completed and more cases analyzed, the summary said. The overall positive ratio has increased to 32.9%, meaning that nearly one in three people tested for COVID-19 test positive.
