The second incident occurred an hour later and less than a half mile away at Church and Green streets, where officers found a 17-year-old Millville male with a gunshot wound to the upper right leg. He was airlifted to Cooper University Hospital and was listed in stable condition Thursday.

Scott, 71, died more than three weeks after being injured while working as an official at a competition of Rowan University, a school spokesman said Thursday. The Oaklyn man, who was injured April 3, died April 26 in the intensive care unit at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, according to an obituary. Details of the accident were not immediately available. Scott was an official for track and field in South Jersey for over 30 years, according to Carl Rickershauser, who is the NJSIAA track and field rules interpreter.

The incident occurred shortly before 4:30 p.m. Saturday in the area of West Adams and Delaware streets. Paulsboro police responded to find two men dead of gunshot wounds, the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office announced. The victims are identified by authorities as Aaron L. Owens, 28, and Cory R. Bunch, 25, both of Camden. A third man was found in a vehicle a short distance away suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to Cooper University Hospital, Camden, where he remains in critical condition, the prosecutor’s office said.
