28-year-old Jimmy Robles of East North Carolina Highway 150 in Denver was arrested by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, breaking and entering with intent to terrorize or injure, assault on a female, resisting a public officer, injury to personal property, misdemeanor probation violation, and failure to appear on a count of threatening phone call.
Robles was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning under $47,500 bond. District Court dates were scheduled today (March 15) and April 8. A Superior Court date is set for March 30.
