A special mayoral election for the position will be held July 27. The election was called after the sudden resignation of former Mayor Milissa Holland in May.
News-Journal Editor Pat Rice will moderate the debate. Palm Coast is growing rapidly and has tremendous potential, but the city also is facing a variety of challenges, Rice said.
