A felon forced the driver of a vehicle he was traveling in out at gunpoint before leading Florida police on a wild chase, authorities announced Tuesday.
Deputies from the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) noticed a sedan speeding down West 100 in Bunnell at 95 miles per hour on Monday. During the traffic stop, authorities “observed multiple baggies being thrown out of the passenger window before the car came to a stop,” according to the FCSO. The baggies were later determined to contain fentanyl, cocaine and an unknown substance.
“Bell had enough Fentanyl to potentially kill over 20,000 people,” the FCSO said.
A man was arrested Monday after a traffic stop and a carjacking in Flagler County led to a high-speed chase that ended in Volusia County, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.

K-9s and FireFlight helicopter were called to track down a man, Kyle Knever, who was believed to have a gun in the W-section on May 1. Thanks to tips from residents to the Flagler County Sheriff s Office, the man was discovered and arrested, though Knever denied having a gun.
“This is a great example of residents working together with law enforcement to protect our community and apprehend a suspect,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “I want to thank the public for all of their calls, especially the caller who ultimately led us to the suspect’s location and enabled us to take him into custody without incident.

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. - A man is facing a string of charges after investigators say he led deputies on a two-county pursuit Monday afternoon.
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said it all started when a deputy pulled over a silver car on West 100 in Bunnell accused of going 95 MPH.
Investigators said the passenger, later identified as Serone Bell, pulled a gun on the driver and forced him to get out before taking off with the car.

On May 3, Flagler County Sheriff’s Office deputies observed a silver sedan traveling on State Road 100 West in Bunnell at a speed of 95 miles per hour.

Deputies initiated a traffic stop and observed multiple baggies being thrown out of the passenger window before the car came to a stop. The deputy collected information from the driver and passenger, later identified as Serone Bell.
While attempting to verify Bell’s identity, deputies observed Bell point a rifle at the driver and force him out of the vehicle. Bell then climbed into the driver’s seat and took off toward south Bunnell. Flagler County Fireflight was called for assistance.
