Deputies searching for missing Georgia teenager not seen in weeks

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Deputies in Columbia County need your help finding a missing Georgia teenager who hasn t been seen since the beginning of January.
The Columbia County Sheriff s says 16-year-old Summer Michelle Rain Martin was last seen around 9 p.m. on Indian Creek Road on Jan. 2.
Officials say Martin may be in Castle Pines Trailer Park on Mike Padgett Highway in Augusta, Georgia.

CALEDONIA, Wis. The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dennis Michael Green, 68, for his sixth OWI offense after he was reported for driving erratically and failed field sobriety tests around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday.
The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center said they first received a call from a motorist reporting erratic driving involving a black 2004 Cadillac CTS. The caller was able to provide a license plate and said the suspect vehicle was “all over the roadway,” last observed exiting Interstate 90-94 at Highway 33 in Caledonia Township.
According to the incident report, the dispatched deputy observed the reported vehicle pulled over on the I-39 entrance ramp from Highway 33 with its four-way lights on and recognized that it had the same license plate number that was given out from the earlier driving complaint.

PORTAGE, Wis. Authorities arrested a man Thursday afternoon for his eighth-offense OWI after he rolled his vehicle on Dodge Road near Highway 33.
Around 2:50 p.m. Thursday, a driver called the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office to report an erratic driver traveling on Highway 33. The caller told law enforcement officials the driver had nearly hit two vehicles and was driving at an estimated 90 mph. The caller said the driver nearly ran them off the road prior to calling.
Roughly 20 minutes later, officials received another call reporting a rollover crash on Dodge Road near Highway 33. Officials said the vehicle entered a ditch on Dodge Road, hit a tree and rolled, with the driver still inside.

TOWN OF FORT WINNEBAGO, Wis. A 15-year-old Portage boy was taken into custody Wednesday after he reportedly threatened to bring a firearm to school and harm another student, according to a news release from the Columbia County Sheriffs’ Office.
The Columbia Marquette Adolescent Needs School in the town of Fort Winnebago reached out to deputies after school officials learned of a “threat to bodily harm” that was made by one student to another.
Deputies found out through an investigation that several students were using a group chat on a social media app. A parent of one of the students called the content in the chat inappropriate and pointed it out to the other students.
