The Columbia/Boone County Department of Public Health & Human Services reported 10 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of active cases to 66.
According to the Missouri vaccine dashboard, an estimated 45.2% of Boone County s 180,463 residents have received at least one vaccine dose.Â

The county also reported 18Â hospitalizations, 2 of which are Boone County residents. Â There are currently 3 COVID-19 patients in the ICU and 2 on a ventilator.
The hospital status is currently at green.Â

The director of the Columbia/Boone County Department of Public Health and Human Services on Thursday extended the current COVID-19 order, which had been set to expire Tuesday.
The Columbia/Boone County Department of Public Health and Human Services is reporting one coronavirus-related death. This is the 87th COVID-19 related death overall and the 19th in 2021. Officials report the individual was in the 80+ age group.
The health department is reporting seven new COVID-19 cases.
There are currently 57 active cases in the county.
The county continues to trend down as there have been 99 straight days of single or double-digit case increases.
