County Sheriff A Tri-State cab driver reported at 5:32 a.m. Sunday she had transported a woman to a home on Waterford Road, Unity Township, and when they arrived the woman got out of the cab and did not pay her. Deputies spoke to the woman, who then paid the driver. Deputies and highway patrol troopers responded to a Georgetown Road, Knox Township, where a domestic dispute was reported. They were told to stay inside for the rest of the night.
