Ferndale Motorcycle Accident 12:22 am
Police say a husband and wife were taken to the hospital Saturday after the motorcycle they were riding crashed into a car in Ferndale.
The crash happened near the intersection of Ferndale Ave. and Ogle Street just before 4 p.m.
Police say the car was on Ferndale Ave. and waiting to turn onto Ogle Street when the motorcycle failed to stop and rear-ended the car.
The motorcyclists were taken to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center and the extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.
The driver of the car was not injured.

The majority of charges filed against a Schellsburg man accused of firing a shotgun at a group of Milwaukee activists marching to Washington D.C. last August â injuring one â were either dismissed or withdrawn on Wednesday during a preliminary hearing.
District Judge H. Cyril Bingham dismissed the most serious charge filed against Terry L. Myers, 52, of Schellsburg â a second degree felony count of aggravated assault â as well as nine misdemeanor counts of simple assault that stemmed from an altercation along Route 30 in Juniata Township late in the evening of Aug. 24.
Bingham bound seven misdemeanor counts of recklessly endangering another person to the Court of Common Pleas, as well as a summary count of harassment.

Two men are facing felony charges in connection to a Bedford County shooting, which occurred as a group of activists traveled through Bedford in August, court documents stated.
Bedford County District Attorney Lesley Childers-Potts announced Friday her office filed criminal charges against Schellsburg resident Terry L. Myers, 51, and Orsino V. Thurman, 37, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Myers was arraigned Friday by Magisterial District Judge Tonya Osman on more than 40 charges, including aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment, court documents state.
Thurman was charged with eight crimes, including aggravated assault, prohibited possession of a firearm, simple assault and reckless endangerment.
SCHELLSBURG â A Schellsburg man and an activist from Milwaukee were both charged with aggravated assault and other charges on Friday, more than eight months after the two allegedly exchanged gunfire during an altercation along Lincoln Highway in Juniata Township.
Terry L. Myers, 51, of Schellsburg, was arraigned before District Judge Tonya Osman on one count of aggravated assault â a second degree felony â as well as 19 counts of both simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, one count of criminal mischief and harassment.
Orsino V. Thurman, 37, of Milwaukee, was charged with a second degree felony count of aggravated assault, a first-degree felony count of possession of a prohibited firearm, two counts of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person and summary citations of criminal mischief and defiant trespass.
