Two vehicle accident in Coshocton County
COSHOCTON COUNTY, Ohio–The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a two vehicle accident that sent one person to the hospital.
It happened just before 11:00 a.m. Friday in the 59,000 block of County Road 9 in Coshocton County.
Authorities said a vehicle driven by 74-year-old Louise Claypool was eastbound on CR 9 when she pulled over to check her mail.
Deputies said when Claypool attempted to reenter the lane of traffic she pulled out into the path of a car driven by 49-year-old Pamela Brady and was struck.
Authorities said Claypool was treated and released at the scene.
COSHOCTON - Two teenagers were transported to Coshocton Regional Medical Center on Monday evening following a single-car crash on County Road 16.
According to Sheriff James A. Crawford, 18-year-old Ashley Stokes, of Coshocton, was traveling west when she lost control of her 2007 Lincoln near Lyons Curve.
Her car then went off the road and over an embankment, then overturned multiple times before coming to rest in a field. Stokes and a 17-year-old passenger were then transported via Coshocton County EMS for treatment of injuries. Their condition was known as of Monday night.
Also assisting at the scene were the West Lafayette Fire Department, Coshocton City Fire Department, REACT and Prince s Wrecker Service.

Two Injured in Rollover Crash
Two people are injured after a rollover accident on County Road 16 near Lyons Curve in Coshocton County.
The sheriff’s office said that around 6:15pm Monday, 18-year-old Ashley Stokes, of Coshocton, was traveling west on County Road 16 when she lost control rounding a curve.
Officials said the Stokes’ vehicle went off the right side of the road, over an embankment and overturned several times before coming to rest on its top in a field.
She along with a 17-year-old passenger were taken to Coshocton Regional Medical Center for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are unknown.

Separate crashes result in minor injuries for drivers

COSHOCTON - The Coshocton County Sheriff s Office is still investigating two minor injury crashes from Sunday, one involving a motorcycle and the other an ATV.
Deputies said Derek Black, 25, of New Philadelphia, was traveling east in the 27000 block of County Road 171 when his motorcycle went off the right side of the road and slid into a field.
Black was transported from the scene by Coshocton County Emergency Medical Services to Coshocton Regional Medical Center for treatment of minors injuries, authorities stated. Also assisting on scene was the West Lafayette Fire Department.
