GLOUCESTER Co., Va. (WWBT) - The heroic act of a Virginia sheriffâs deputy lifting a vehicle off a woman who was trapped underneath was caught on video by his body camera.
On May 7, Gloucester Sheriffâs Office Deputy J. Holt responded to an overturned vehicle with an entrapment.
The driver was laying underneath the vehicle with her head pinned by the sunroof.

GLOUCESTER Co., Va. - A Gloucester man was arrested and charged in connection with multiple business burglaries in three different counties.
According to the Gloucester County Sheriff s Office, early Sunday morning, deputies conducted a traffic stop on 67-year-old Frederick Christopher Pryor. Pryor was identified as a person of interest over the course of a six-month investigation involving burglaries in Gloucester, Middlesex and Mathews counties.
Pryor was arrested for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of burglarious tools. The sheriff s office also secured charges for the following offenses:
The Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office is warning about a possible police officer impersonator. An individual reported that a man between 60 and 70 years old driving a black-colored Dodge vehicle with Georgia tags followed them out of the county then he told them he was an undercover officer and the individual had been speeding.
