Statement From Chairman Of The Educational Broadcasting Authority State funding for the West Virginia Educational Broadcasting Authority, the governing board of West Virginia Public Broadcasting, is currently up for debate in the West Virginia Legislature. The proposed Senate bill zeroes out $3.8 million in funding for the EBA, while the House bill fully funds it. In a statement, EBA Chairman Bill File said that everything West Virginia Public Broadcasting does is in service to the people of the Mountain State.
