Belarus vice premier to take part in EEC Council session

MINSK, 21 April (BelTA) – Belarus Deputy Prime Minister, member of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Igor Petrishenko will take part in an online session of the EEC Council on 22-23 April, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian government.
The agenda of the session will include 35 matters concerning international activities, technical regulation, customs and tariff regulation. Plans are in plans to approve the draft decision of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council on the main guidelines of the macroeconomic policy of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member states for 2021-2022. This framework document outlines the most important short- and medium-term tasks for the EAEU member states. It is aimed at achieving goals in the main avenues of the EAEU economic development and provides recommendations on fulfilling them.
