Bridie Alice Killick was caught drink driving on Quay Road in Lymington on December 3 last year. The 20-year-old was found to have 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Appearing at Southampton Magistrates Court, she pleaded guilty to drink driving. Killick, of Holmsley Road, Wooton, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and was fined £200. She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85

On Wednesday, police attend a property in Atherley Road, Southampton. They found a 32-year-old man and 26-year-old woman who did not live at the address. There was also a warrant outstanding for their arrest for failing to attend court. The pair were arrested and remanded in custody to appear before Southampton Magistrates Court yesterday morning. They have also been reported for summons in relation to a fixed penalty notice under current Health Protection Regulations.

The court heard how the incident was a nasty offence within the family home. Appearing at Southampton Magistrates Court, he pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating and one count of damaging property. Goodard, of Burke Drive, Southampton, was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £85.
A TEENAGER who assaulted a police officer has been banned from leaving his home at night. Kieron Alexander Gomm assaulted a police officer while acting in the exercise of her duty in Southampton on August 23 last year. A few days later on August 26, the 18-year-old was found to be in the possession of 2g of cannabis. Appearing at Southampton Magistrates Court, he pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating and one count of the possession of cannabis. Gomm, of Foundry Lane, Southampton, was handed a community order banning him from leaving his address from 7pm to 7am until February 25.
