Darla was considered at-risk because of her age. Darla s father told authorities she had walked to a local convenience store and hadn t returned. When he went to look for her, he could not find her and witnesses told him they saw Darla exit the store into the bright blue SUV with an unknown male, police said.

The Sacramento County Sheriff s Office and the California Highway Patrol issued alerts for the girl, last seen by her parents about 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the 2100 block of El Camino Avenue at Darwin Street, not far from Howe Avenue. As of 10:30 a.m. Sunday, CHP officials said she had been found safe.

The Sacramento County Coroner s Office will release the man s identity after his next of kin are notified. In particular, on May 13, 2018, Cea uploaded to his YouTube channel child pornography videos showing prepubescent girls being abused by adult males.
