Virginia State Police have identified the Harrisonburg woman who was killed in a traffic crash last week.
The accident happened at around noon last Thursday at the intersection of Eden Valley and Peake Mountain Roads, west of Harrisonburg.
Sergeant Brent Coffey reports a 2002 Toyota Camry was traveling East on Peake Mountain Road when it stopped at a stop sign and proceeded to make a left turn onto Eden Valley Road.
The driver of the Toyota, 76-year-old Dorian Adamson of Harrisonburg, died at the scene while the driver of the Mack truck, a 59-year-old man from Dayton, was not injured.

A Black man in Virginia was allegedly shot 10 times by a police deputy after the officer gave him a ride home when his vehicle had stalled and then returned when the man placed a 911 call shortly afterward.
Isaiah Brown, 32, is hospitalized in intensive care with 10 bullet wounds following the shooting early Wednesday morning in Spotsylvania County, local NBC News affiliate WRC-TV reported. Brown s siblings told the news channel that their brother was unarmed, with only his phone in his hand, when the shooting took place near their home.
