Dr. Rupali Nitin Sangrampurker was also named as a defendant in the suit.
Judy Thomas was admitted to CAMC-Memorial Division on April 25, 2019, and she underwent a radial arterial catheterization to determine the cause of her complaints and, after several days, the defendants were unable to diagnose that she was suffering from a severe right radial arterial bleed, according to a complaint filed in Kanawha Circuit Court.
Thomas claims she sustained severe and permanent injuries as a result of the defendants negligence.
As a direct and proximate result of the defendants wrongful conduct, the plaintiff incurred damages and injuries, according to the suit. Her husband also suffered a loss of consortium.

CHARLESTON â In 1973, a group of union coal miners in eastern Kanawha County formed Cabin Creek Health to care for and serve families living in the regionâs mining communities.
It was the first clinic of its kind in West Virginia. While the clinic has expanded to become a health system with 11 sites throughout the Kanawha Valley, its mission has remained the same.
âItâs still the mission, and it really does feel â especially standing on the coal mine in Cabin Creek, right near where that mission started â that, today, weâre living the mission,â Dr. Jessica McColley, head of medical services at Cabin Creek Health Systems, said. âItâs poetic, so many years later, to still be at the mines.â

This is our ticket back to normal. The vaccine is free and could possibly save your life.” In the early stages of the vaccine rollout, the Al
