At about 8.40pm on Monday, emergency services were alerted to the crash involving a bus and a bicycle along Nanyang Drive. The female cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene by a paramedic from the Singapore Civil Defence Force.

A blood trail, roughly 500 metres long, stretched from the ground floor lift landing of the nearby multi-storey carpark to the open-air parking space on the sixth floor. Photos showed a huge blood splatter on the ground with several bare footprints leading away from it. The attackers were four other male youths, aged between 15 to 20. They had attacked and chased the 15-year-old victim with a knife after an argument between them escalated, Shin Min Daily News reported.

2nd lorry accident involving foreign workers in 4 days, 10 injured

April 26, 2021 The police said they were alerted to Saturday s incident, near The Rail Mall, at around 7.20am. Lianhe Zaobao SINGAPORE - Ten men were taken to hospital after an accident involving a lorry in Upper Bukit Timah Road on Saturday morning (April 24). The 35-year-old driver and nine passengers, understood to be foreign workers, were taken conscious to hospital, said the police. The accident came just four days after another lorry carrying foreign workers collided with a stationary tipper truck on the Pan-Island Expressway early Tuesday morning. Two workers died in that incident and 15 were injured. The police said they were alerted to Saturday s incident, near The Rail Mall, at around 7.20am.
