Christian Burks is accused of raping a total of three women. “Christian Burks is a serial sexual predator,” said Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O’Malley, “He will be held accountable for his actions.” The first victim, a 20-year-old, was raped at a party on E. 4th Street near Prospect Avenue on Dec. 9, 2018.

Cleveland: Alexander Lackey charged with 5 counts of rape

Updated: 1:41 PM EDT April 7, 2021 CLEVELAND A Cuyahoga County Grand Jury last month indicted Alexander Lackey, 35, on five counts of rape, three counts of sexual battery and one count of domestic violence, according to court records. Cleveland City Hall hired Lackey in December 2014 as a special assistant to the mayor, according to 2019 city payroll records. His annual salary is $64,500, the records show. Tyler Sinclair, a spokesman for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, provided a statement to 3News about the charges against Lackey.   “On January 6, 2021, officers with the Cleveland Division of Police (CPD) responded to a report of domestic violence between Alexander Lackey, 35, and the victim, 19, at his residence on Broxton Avenue near West 144th Street in Cleveland. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment. A subsequent investigation conducted by CPD’s Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Unit revealed that Lackey sexually assaulted the victim

Lakewood police said Selena Colon crashed into another car on Sunday, Feb. 21 on Clifton Boulevard., killing Maximus Close, 19, and Alejandro Mercado, 19. Angel Cannon, 22, was indicted on multiple charges; including, aggravated murder, attempted murder and felonious assault. Cleveland police said on Oct. 5, 2019, Cannon drove a car with at least two armed passengers to a home in the 1300 block of E. 171st Street. According to police, when they arrived, Raysean Howard fired nearly 30 bullets into the South Collinwood residence.
