A woman was rushed to hospital early on Saturday after crashing into a ditch at Caloundra West.
Emergency services responded to a single-vehicle crash at Pelican Waters Boulevard about 1.20am.
The woman was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital with a headache and in a stable condition.

Subscriber only A young woman was pulled from treacherous waters at a popular Sunshine Coast beach after she nearly drowned. A Queensland Ambulance Services spokeswoman said the woman had become stuck in a rip in waters off Merrima Ave at Kings Beach about 12.28pm on Saturday. The spokeswoman said the woman was believed to be in her 20s and was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition as a precaution.

Subscriber only A child was taken to hospital in a serious but stable condition on Thursday night after they nearly drowned in a Coast pool. A Queensland Ambulance Service representative said paramedics were called to a private address in Buderim about 6.15pm. A primary-school aged child was treated on scene after the post-immersion incident. They were taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital for further treatment. near drowning
