It s not yet known which restaurants will be in exactly which travel plazas, however. And certainly not all the brands will be in each plaza.
Jennifer Givner, a spokesperson for the Thruway Authority, said the restaurant locations are to be determined.

The restaurant list first popped up on a series of posters hung in the current Thruway rest stops, which currently remain open.
The list is sure to draw interest from weary Thruway travelers who for years have subsisted on McDonald s, Burger King and Roy Rogers outlets that took up residence under the service plazas previous leaseholders, which included McDonald s, HMS Host and Delaware North.
