The officers seized eight rifles and magazines. CBP officers assigned to the Del Rio Port of Entry on May 25 observed a 2021 Dodge Ram 3500 pickup truck and trailer approaching for an exit inspection, according to information obtained from CBP’s Office of Field Operations. Salvador Muñoz-Jimenez, 35, was arrested and charged with import and conspire to import the liquid meth. On May 7, Muñoz-Jimenez a legal permanent resident arrived at the Juarez-Lincoln International Bridge in a white 2000 Chevrolet Express Van bearing Mexican license plates. U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers referred him to secondary inspection due to a computer-generated alert.

Anna Elizabeth Jaime, a U.S. Citizen, was arrested and charged with transport, attempt to transport and conspire to transport a migrant child. Jaime, 24, arrived at the Juarez-Lincoln International Bridge at about 10:36 p.m. May 2. She was traveling along with five minors and one adult. Jaime stated that two boys and one girl were her children.
