‘JUH girl’ case remains open By Rana Husseini - Mar 01,2021 - Last updated at Mar 01,2021 AMMAN The Criminal Court prosecutor office on Monday said that the case against two brothers who were charged last month with attempted murder in connection with the reported beating of their 20-year-old sister almost a month ago in Amman, remains open pending further developments, a senior judicial source said. The woman, who was not identified by officials, was admitted to Jordan University Hospital (JUH) on December 24 after being “assaulted by her brother over family disputes”, according to police officials. “Although the two brothers are charged by the Criminal Court prosecutor, the investigation file is still open pending any development related to the victim’s health condition,” the senior judicial source told The Jordan Times.

These reasons can be applied to COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy, as various studies have shown. 2 brothers arrested for allegedly beating their sister into coma By Rana Husseini - Jan 24,2021 - Last updated at Jan 24,2021 AMMAN Two brothers were arrested on Sunday in connection with the reported beating of their 20-year-old sister almost a month ago in Amman, senior judicial sources said. The woman, who was not identified by officials, was admitted to Jordan University Hospital (JUH) on December 24 after being “assaulted by her brother over family disputes”, Police Spokesperson Lt. Col. Amer Sartawi said over the weekend. The victim was referred to the Family Protection Department and they interrogated one of her brothers and he was referred to the administrative governor, a senior judicial source told The Jordan Times.
