Crossgates man accused of sexually assaulting two women A CROSSGATES man is to go on trial accused of sexually assaulting two women in separate incidents at his home. Paul Elliot, 42, of Hillview Place, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court and denied the charges. It is alleged that between January 1 and December 31 last year, he sexually assaulted a woman by lying next to her and placing his hands around her without her consent. It is also alleged that on April 11 this year, he sexually assaulted another woman by lying next to her and touching her genitals and breasts under her clothing without her consent.
