With a $450 million asking price, it’s the most expensive commercial property for sale in North Texas.
The former J.C. Penney headquarters campus in Plano’s Legacy business park has been on the market since earlier this year. Now the price tag and other details have become available as it’s being actively marketed by commercial property brokers at Cushman & Wakefield.
An Oregon investor has taken title to an Addison office building. The 74,000-suare-foot Emerald Plaza is in the Quorum business park south of Belt Line.

Developer Harwood International funds a new tower north of downtown Dallas

Developer Harwood International has secured funding for its 27-story office tower under construction north of downtown Dallas.
The 360,000-square-foot Harwood No. 14 high-rise is being built on Harry Hines Boulevard near the Dallas North Tollway.
The new office tower is already 45% leased to tenants including law firm Haynes and Boone LP.
Harwood International said that JLL Capital Markets has secured joint venture equity for the project. Details of the agreement were not disclosed.
