TARRANT COUNTY, Texas The Arlington Police Department is asking for the public s help with its investigation into a missing man who was found dead near a creek in Euless.
According to officials, a relative reported 22-year-old Younis Hussain Alhassinyani missing on Tuesday. The family member was concerned after Alhassinyani didn t respond to any phone calls and texts.
Authorities said they entered Alhassinyani s information into a national computerized database based upon the missing person’s report.
Two days later, Texas Department of Transportation employees found Alhassinyani s body in a culvert by a creek, a short distance from State Highway 360 and Harwood Road, according to officials.

The man, who has not been identified, had injuries that were consistent with being hit by a vehicle, investigtors say.

An 80-year-old Arlington man was killed Saturday in what was likely a hit-and-run after he went outside to check the mail, police say.
Officers who were called about 4:30 p.m. to the 900 block of East Timberview Lane found the man in the street. He was pronounced dead at the scene and had injuries consistent with being hit by a vehicle, police said.
His name was not released.
The police department is asking for the public's help for any information or home video surveillance. It happened at 4:28 p.m. in 900 block of E. Timberview Lane.

HALTOM CITY, Texas Haltom City police are working to identify a suspect after emergency responders found 31-year-old Ryan Munsie dead outside a Haltom City apartment Saturday night.
Munsie was found dead after making a delivery for Uber Eats at the Northern Cross Apartments on the 4200 block of Northern Cross Boulevard.

ARLINGTON, Texas - Arlington police say tips from the public helps them arrest an 18-year-old accused of killing a convenience store clerk.
18-year-old Dorian Woodard is now charged with capital murder for the killing of Jordan Hightower. Police say Woodard shot Hightower multiple times during a robbery and then later bragged about it.
Woodard was arrested Thursday after police got a tip from the public. Police say he shot Hightower Sunday morning at the EZ Mart at Matlock and Bardin roads in Arlington.
