Listed fund manager MA Financial, rich listers the Laundy family and a Sydney syndicate have snapped up $81 million of regional hotels and pubs as investors and publicans beat a well-trodden path out of the capital cities
In one of the biggest pub and hotel sales in regional Victoria this year, MA Financial, the rebranded Moelis Australia business, exchanged contracts to acquire the 77-suite All Seasons Resort Hotel in Bendigo for $54.5 million.
The All Seasons Resort Hotel is back in the hands of Moelis, now known as MA Financial.
The 4.5-star hotel at 171-183 McIvor Highway has been acquired by the MA Bendigo Hotel Fund, a standalone unlisted fund managed by MA Hotel Management.
