Delaware plans to give salary increases of more than $20,000 a year to 20 state officials by 2025.

President Joe Biden is slated to make remarks on the state of the economy Friday morning before leaving the family home near Rehoboth Beach for the White House.
The official schedule from the White House indicates that Biden will receive a daily briefing and then deliver his remarks at 10:15 a.m. from the home.
The President and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden will depart from Rehoboth at about 11 a.m. Friday and travel to Dover. They will depart from Dover for Joint Base Andrews and arrive at the White House around 12:30 p.m.
