From January 8th to February 8th, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) had called for new proposals of Strategic Information and Communications R&D Promotion Programme(SCOPE) which is one of competitive funds in the information and communication field, and this time 18 programs have been adopted in Japan(34 applications in Japan).
