Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson says Deputy Coty Arnold was called out to Otter Creek Road where an intoxicated woman was reportedly in the middle of the road refusing to let people by. Deputy Arnold arrived to find 45-year-old Tammy Hubbard there and determined she was under the influence. She admitted to taking meth earlier in the day. During her arrest Hubbard became aggressive, but was quickly taken into custody. She was charged with public intoxication, menacing and resting arrest. Hubbard was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.

Hubbard and her granddaughter rejoiced as they picked up their Christmas tree Tuesday morning from the Pine Hill Farm in Southampton. She told Western Mass News this year, her family faced many financial hardships amid the coronavirus pandemic and was unable to buy a real tree.
