All organizations have a culture. Sometimes the leaders may not realize what the organization’s culture is, but a new employee will recognize it on her first day. An organization’s culture reflects what is important to the team, and what team members believe about how they should conduct themselves. Of course, this does not mean that every employee believes and behaves the same way, but culture does capture the team’s prevalent thinking and behavior.

Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate
The Nigeria Union of Pensioners (NUP), has urged the Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD), not to delist its members from its payroll over their inability to physically attend the nationwide biometric verification exercise.
Dr Abel Afolayan, NUP National President, said this during the 19th Edition of Pensioners Celebration on Friday in Abuja.
The theme of the celebration was, “Post COVID-19 Era: Making Life Better and Worth Living for Pensioners”.
“Sometime ago, we received a letter from PTAD in which it said that a large number of names would be deleted from its payroll because they have not attended the nationwide biometric verification exercises.
