New Delhi, May 26 : The Delhi Congress has demanded that the Delhi Government immediately establish vaccination centres for pregnant and lactating women as the Central Government had made changes in the guidelines on May 19 to include these two categories of women for inoculation.
Amrita Dhawan, Delhi women Congress President addressing a press conference on Wednesday said, Mumbai has started vaccination of pregnant and lactating women without registration, and Delhi should do likewise to boost immunity of such women.

Delhi got its first drive-through vaccine centre at the Vegas Mall in Dwarka. The centre was inaugurated by CM Arvind Kejriwal who once again pointed at the vaccine shortage during the event.

Delhi’s first drive-through vaccination centre was inaugurated by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday where citizens can get vaccinated sitting inside their car.
CM Arvind Kejriwal launched the first drive-through vaccination programme of Delhi at the Vegas Mall in Dwarka. The vaccination centre has been established in association with Akash Hospital where a team of doctors and medical staff of the hospital will be deployed at the Vegas Mall drive-through facility.

New Delhi [India], May 26 (ANI): Delhi s first drive-through vaccination centre for people above 18 years, established by the Delhi government in collaboration with Aakash Healthcare Super Speciality Hospital was inaugurated by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday.
Launching the vaccination centre, Kejriwal said that several more drive-through vaccination centres will be launched in the next few days. We started a drive-through vaccination centre in Dwarka from today and will open more such centres in Delhi. We are just waiting for an adequate supply of vaccines. I hope the Central government will ensure supply of vaccines soon so that we can open more centres, said Kejriwal.
