Twitter is refusing to address whether a tweet by Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James violated the platform’s terms of service.
“YOU’RE NEXT,” James tweeted to his millions of followers with the hashtag #ACCOUNTABILITY. He has since deleted the tweet.
Twitter’s policy warns that users may “not engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so. This includes wishing or hoping that someone experiences physical harm.”

Texas Republican Sen. John Cornyn and Arizona Democratic Sen. Kyrsten Sinema introduced legislation Thursday afternoon seeking to improve the government’s response to the influx of migrants on the southern border.
Included in the bipartisan immigration bill, titled the Bipartisan Border Solutions Act, are provisions aimed at increasing capacity in migrant shelters and resolving asylum claims in a timely manner, Axios first reported. It also seeks to deter migration from those unlikely to be granted asylum and to protect unaccompanied migrant children.
“We know that this crisis at the border is not a Democratic or Republican problem,” Sinema said Thursday afternoon while on a call with reporters, according to Axios. “It’s not a new problem. It’s an American problem, and it’s one that we’ve been dealing with in our border states for decades.”

Republican Sens. Josh Hawley of Missouri and Mike Braun of Indiana want Americans to see U.S. intelligence on links between China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) and the origins of the CCP virus, which is the cause of COVID-19.
Their legislative proposal the COVID-19 Origin Act of 2021 directs President Joe Biden to declassify the intelligence collected to date by U.S. agencies on the potential links between the WIV and the virus. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) has been collecting related information since at least April 2020.

The Biden administration on Tuesday filed an appeal to find a way to force physicians and hospitals to perform potentially harmful gender transition surgeries on patients – including children – even if they have religious objections.
The Daily Caller reports Biden s appeal hinges on a 2016 Obama-era interpretation of a nondiscrimination clause of the Affordable Care Act, resulting in a mandate that did not include conscience or religion exemptions. The mandate required doctors and hospitals to provide transgender surgeries upon a mental health professional s referral.
