One casualty was airlifted to the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast and a second brought by ambulance to the South West Acute Hospital, Enniskillen following a two-vehicle collision on the Killadeas Road, Co. Fermanagh on March 8, the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) has said in a statement released today (March 9). NIAS along with the charity Air Ambulance service, three Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) appliances - two from Enniskillen Fire Station and one from Irvinestown Fire Station, and the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) attended the incident following reports around 8am on Monday morning. Firefighters used cutting equipment to rescue the two casualties from their vehicles.
