An emergency call was made at around 1.35pm today, which saw two RNLI lifeboats launch, as well as the MoD police boat to search for a swimmer in the vicinity of Tinside pool. The Plymouth Coastguard team and paramedics were also in attendance to assist with the incident. The person was rescued from the water and their condition is not known at this time.
