Downtown Tuscaloosa s Half Shell Oyster House is offering free lunches to law enforcement officers Friday and Saturday.
The special promotion is in honor of National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, and the seafood restaurant will offer a free lunch for any police officer who comes in uniform or shows their credentials. We already donate pretty regularly to our police forces [and] our first responders, but I felt like we could have done something different and this is what we decided to do for them, Kelsey Griffin, the Marketing Director for Half Shell Oyster House, said.
