A graceful certificate distribution ceremony was arranged for the students from Kazakhstan who successfully completed a four-week special certificate course, organised by the Department of Urdu, Faculty of Languages, National University of Modern Languages (NUML). Rector NUML Major General (r) Muhammad Jaffar was chief guest while Director General NUML/Pro-Rector Resources & Planning Brig Muhammad Badr Malik, Pro-Rector Academics Dr Safeer Awan, Dean faculty of Languages, Dr Shahid Siddique, Director Administration Brig (r) Ahmad Salman, HoD and faculty members of Urdu Department also attended the event.
The Rector encouraged the students and expressed hope that they would act as ambassadors of Pakistan. Islamabad: National University of Modern Languages (NUML) in collaboration with MUSLIM Institute here Saturday organised a webinar titled ‘Women’s Economic Empowerment and Allama Iqbal’s perspective of Labour Rights’ in connection with International Labour Day 2021 under the auspices of Higher Education Commission.
Amongst distinguished speakers were VC Rawalpindi Women University Dr. Aliya Sohail Khan, Chairman MUSLIM Institute Sahibzada Sultan Ahmed and HoD, G&PP Department NUML Dr. Syed Waqas Ali.
Speakers observed that equal rights of women are the fundamental human rights.
Women’s constructive role can build progressive force in a society.

Islamabad : National University of Modern Languages (NUML) and Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to promote linkages between industry and academia and undertake joint research initiatives for the benefit of the industrial sector.
ICCI President Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan and Pro-Rector, Research & Strategic Initiatives (R&SI) Dr. M. Zubair Iqbal, signed the MoU during a ceremony held at NUML University.
Fatma Azim, senior vice president, Abdul Rehman Khan, vice president ICCI, NUML Rector Maj General (r) Muhammad Jaffar HI(M), Director General NUML/Pro-Rector Planning and Resources Brig Muhammad Badr Malik and others were also present on the occasion.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI) and the National University of Modern Languages (NUML) on Tuesday to promote linkages between industry and academia and undertake joint research initiatives for the benefit of the industrial sector. The MoU was signed by President ICCI Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan and Pro-Rector, Research & Strategic Initiatives (R&SI) Dr M Zubair Iqbal during a ceremony held at NUML University. Senior Vice President Fatma Azim, Vice President ICCI Abdul Rehman Khan, Rector NUML Major General (r) Muhammad Jaffar, Director General NUML/Pro-Rector Planning and Resources Brig Muhammad Badr Malik, Pro-Rector Academics Prof. Dr. Safeer Awan, Deans, Aslam Khokhar, Umar Hussain, Hafiz Bilal Munir, Omais Khattak and others were also present at the occasion.
