Rain water pours into mall in Clarksville, flooding in parking lots

Update, 6:50 p.m.:Rainwater poured into the main entrance of the mall, causing ceiling tiles to fall, according to Joe Bell with Cafaro, the owners of Governors Square Mall. “Whenever you get that kind of downfall on a flat roof, any flaw of any kind, that rainfall will find it and cause leaks,” Bell told Clarksville Now. NES: 4,000 without power in Antioch; storms possible Thursday night

More than 4,000 people were without power Thursday evening, according to the Nashville Electric Service outage map. The map showed 3,995 of the customers affected are in the Antioch area at about 5:30 p.m. There is currently no timetable for when power will be restored.
